Nothing pisses me off more than when a student leaves a question blank and then walks out of the exam room early.
Okay. So I'm exaggerating. There are many things that piss me off more than students giving up on test questions. Things like:
* War
* People that bite their nails in front of me
* Palin being accepted by (at least half of) the general public as a viable VP candidate
* Not being able to set recordings on my DVR more than a week in advance
* Pete Carroll
You get the idea.
Still. I find it very frustrating that a student would completely give up. I give very generous partial credit. It's not like this is an English test where they are sparing me a page of BS. Why turn in blank questions?? (and why do I care so much??)
