Chicken vs. eggs

I've been in a documentary state of mind.

Last week, I only lasted six minutes into the bad science of Food Matters.

I immediately followed that with Babies, a French film with no narration.  I couldn't stop watching the infants as they cooed, gurgled, and pooped for the next 79 minutes.

Seriously.

Is this a sign that my biological clock is getting wound up?

I found that movie fascinating as well!

Maybe just that small furry critters are more entertaining than bad science.

Mmmm...dunno. I think that small critters are more palatable and entertaining than bad science. Bad science drives me bats and I just have to turn the tv off/change station etc.

Babies ARE more entertaining than the TV - that's practically an evolutionary necessity these days ;)

And don't worry, if your clock were ticking, you would know: you'd be pretty obsessed about it. Or maybe that's just how it was for me.

I agree with ScienceGirl -- if your clock is ticking you'll know. (Whether something actually happens is an entirely different matter though...)
